RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Sylteck Inc. undertakes to implement the necessary measures to protect the personal information of their employees and customers, which could allow them to be identified directly or indirectly, in accordance with the new data protection legislation.

Every employee or client who notices a risk regarding the protection of personal information or the maintenance of confidentiality is invited to report it to our designated manager for the protection of personal information; M. A mechanism is in place to adequately handle incidents or complaints related to the protection of personal information. In addition, we are committed to respect the new rules surrounding consent to the collection, communication or use of personal information.
